Maven Burger Branding

The Brief

Maven Burger is a smash burger spot built on personality first: fun, a little cheeky, and unmistakably itself next to a shelf of minimal, all-caps burger logos. The brief was a full identity, not just a wordmark, something that could carry the brand's sense of humor across a wrapper, a sign, and a social feed.

I designed a mascot first: a burger with a face, mid-stride, one fist up, like it's genuinely excited to see you. It works as a standalone mark for small applications, and locks up with a bold, rounded wordmark for anywhere the name needs to lead.

The Outcome

The mascot also expands into a circular badge lockup for stickers and signage, and I built a repeating pattern from the same character alongside fries, bacon, and pickle icons, so the packaging still feels unmistakably Maven Burger even when the full logo isn't in view.
